Took that sketch to finish, i guess its finish, its soooo sloppy, (not that you can see it but i can) I am running myself ragged, I doubt ill get anything REALLY polished this last semester, and Im stuck in classes that just suck and are of no help and are really streching me thin, i think everythings just gona be sloppy for awhile =p

I felt like i hadn't captured the male character as well as the woman so I decided to do a few more sketches

here is the other character, as I promised, Im really excited about this one. Ive never done a black character before and I was just thinking about how I should. I think conveying ethnicity is really tough, especially with a style like manga where everything is greatly simplified.

The Lioness

This western thing has gotten under my skin lately. Also, i seem to have this fixation with coats with fur hoods, i think it make people look like lions, or at least lion hearted. Here is a finish on the sketch I did a couple of days ago. Came out alright. I'm getting better but I think this is starting to look like if Jeff Smith decided to do manga. I want to get more loose and fluid, and I think I need to start inking more so I can get the fluidity that I'm after. A friend of mine showed me a manga, ( or maybe a manhwe) today called dogs and it maid me feel so clunky xp

Grinded out one last piece for AOI/SOI this week instead of working on homework O_o

Came out pretty nicely all things considered.

Its kind of a Manga meets Phil Hale style which i think ROCKS! the idea is that the guy is ripping out the heart of some unseen metal-machine man thingy =D

The piece is called "Little Red and Big Bad Enjoy the Full Moon" this isnt a representation of the grimm fairy tale little red riding hood, but more just the idea that popped into my crazy skull from saying the name of said fairy tale. That said, i wanted to do a design heavy illustration, hope I pulled it off.
